Jump-start your battery car with other car (Quick guide)

1. Turn off your boosted car and connect the wires

A) Connect the red wire to the dead battery > positive terminal (+)

B) Connect the red wire to the live battery > positive terminal (+)

C) Connect the black wire to the live battery > negative terminal (-)

D) Connect the other end of the negative (black) cable to a clean, unpainted metal surface (such as the engine block) on the engine of the disabled vehicle. Try to find a spot on the engine far from the battery, as this connection might cause some sparks.

2. Start the booster car.

Let it idle for 5 minutes.

3. Try to start the car with the dead battery

If it won’t start, wait another 5 minutes and try again. If it still won’t start, check to see if there are other problems, such as a lack of fuel. Do not keep trying to start the dead car, as you might cause additional damage.

4. Once the dead car does start

Remove the jumper cables in the reverse order in which you attached them. Do not let the cables fall into the engine or allow any part of the cables to touch.

ORDER: D, C, B, A

Keep the newly jump-started car running for at least 30 minutes to make sure the battery recharges fully.

Ford Focus MK1 and MK2 Key FOB programming

How to program your remote key to your Ford Mondeo MK1 or MK2?

Ford Focus mk1 interior This porcedure is on your User Manual… But I will post the procedure anyway:
This procedure only takes you 30 seconds or less…

Put the key on “II” position on the ignition…
Move the key to position “I” and then to “II” (4 times in 4 seconds).
You will hear a BIP.
Click at any button and only take it off your finger when you hear another BIP (it will take only 1~2 seconds).
Test if your remote command is working, If not, repeat the procedure or read the manual.

Ford Mondeo Key FOB programming

How to program your remote key to your Ford Mondeo MK4?

One day, I went to my Ford Mondeo (MK4) and try to open it with my remote key. But it doesn’t open… Then I’ve to open it with the key manually.
I think someone try to open it, and it reset all the remote keys for security.
In this case, you only need to go to User Manual at page 29… But I will post the procedure anyway:
This procedure only takes you 30 seconds or less…

Put the key on “0” position on the ignition…
Move the key to position “II” and then to”0″ (4 times in 4 seconds).
You will hear a BIP.
Than take off the key and click at any button of the remote, and only take it off your finger when you hear another BIP (it will take only 2~3seconds).
Then put the key in the ignition to position “II” and then to “0”.
Test if your remote command is working, If not, repeat the procedure or read the manual.
